Report a problem

  1. In the TestFlight app: take a screenshot in Intero: Athlete OS and choose "Share Beta Feedback", or open TestFlight, pick Intero and tap "Send Beta Feedback". Crashes can be sent the same way when TestFlight offers.
  2. By email: write to support@endurosync.com with:
    • what you expected and what happened instead;
    • the screen, metric and night involved (for example "resting heart rate, the night I woke on Tuesday");
    • the app version and build, shown for Intero in the TestFlight app;
    • whether the app was reading from your server, a paired Mac or a snapshot (shown in the banner at the top).
  3. A number looks wrong? Open its receipt and tell us which algorithm and version it names. That lets us recompute exactly what you saw.

Security issue? Email support@endurosync.com with "security" in the subject, and please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Intero show a hatched card instead of a number?

That's a refusal. The evidence for that night couldn't support a useful number: maybe no device reported it, only one did with nothing yet to check it against, or the likely range was too wide. The card says which. See why refusals are a feature.

Why doesn't Intero's number match my ring, strap or watch?

Each vendor defines and windows its metrics differently. Intero translates them onto one scale and weights each by its measured noise, so the verdict can sit between them. Every witness is still shown, as it was read, next to the verdict.

Which devices work?

Oura, WHOOP and Garmin today, plus activity files from intervals.icu. A night with more than one device gives Intero more to work with; three worn together let it measure each one's noise directly.

Do I need to wear more than one device?

No. A single device gives estimates once Intero has a noise model for it. The band is usually wider, and some nights are refused. A second device worn for a few weeks sharpens things.

Why was a device "overruled"?

Its reading sat much further from the others than their measured noise explains. The reason on the card quotes the numbers that decided it. Intero doesn't say which device is right in general, only that on that night the others agreed and it didn't.

Is Intero medical advice?

No. Intero describes signals from consumer devices. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you're worried about your health, talk to a clinician.

How do I get into the beta?

The TestFlight beta is private. Invitations are by request: write to support@endurosync.com.

The app says it can't reach the server.

Pull to refresh, or return to the app. The app falls back to a paired Mac or your last verified snapshot and says which it's using. If the server refuses your sign-in, the app asks you to sign in again with a new enrolment code.

How do I export or delete my data?

Email support@endurosync.com. The privacy policy explains what export and deletion cover.
